Cafe Rio Salad

There's a link on this girl's blog that says she and her husband duplicated the Cafe Rio Sweet Pork Salad perfectly. I'm excited to try it out soon and see for myself if we can save a $16 trip to Cafe Rio once a month! Let me know if you try it out!
