I just looked into it, and unfortunately it doesn't apply to formula. With Amazon Mom combined with Subscribe & Save you can get 30% off and free 2-day shipping on diapers and wipes. With Subscribe & Save you can only get 15% off and free 2-day shipping on formula. But still not a bad deal! The wipes might be cheaper 30% on amazon than at Costco.
