I think it looks like someone took a picture of Oildale, CA (the place where my bro ran with the sheriffs department with their shaved heads and white jumper suits and the citizens thought they were the KKK). Also, they botched it by putting their thumb in front of it. Or maybe their index finger coming from the right side.
