We went to the midnight showing with Tyler's work, which turned out to be insanely awesome.
Our costumes for HP6 looked like this:
back row: ipod dancer & superman
middle row: egyptian, indiana jones, james bond, james bond's "lady friend", rogue, wolverine
front row: scottish kilt-wearing dave, bullwinkle, and edward cullen
a girl actually came up to our group and got upset at us because it was a harry potter premiere, and we were "supposed to dress like harry potter". we just laughed and told her that was the point. she was kind of angry at us the rest of the night...
