KitchenAid Bowls Update

So here's the update. Great customer service on KitchenAid's part, just crappy product. They're sending me yet another set of bowls free of charge in the mail.

I had that same experience with some baby bottles- great service crappy product, after the third set of bottles they sent me some great coupons/gift certificates and I used them to buy water bottle for the kids instead....
