One thing I've always struggled with is making hard-boiled eggs. No matter how well I seem to follow the directions, I always end up with a runny center! What the heck??
Then I discovered I could make hard-boiled eggs in my steamer! Yes way! They turn out perfectly every.single.time.
But today I don't want to get out my entire steamer for two eggs, so I'm going to try this website's instructions. (And the graphics are cute to boot!) In three steps (How big is your egg? Is it straight from the fridge? How do you want it?) you can make the perfect hard-boiled egg.
