So since Alie always likes posting her genius recipes and such, I am going to post what I've been eating. This is what I ate for lunch this week:
This is how you make it:
1/4 of the largest bag of tater tots sold at Wal-Mart (I estimate around 12oz.)
6 oz. chicken strips sold at Costco
Place tater tots in oven at 450 for 10 minutes. At end of 10 minutes, lower temperature to 400, and insert chicken. Cook for 10 more minutes.
And bam! You have chicken and taters.
Oh, and by the way, I forgot to eat the mango, so that isn't entirely needed.
